Ingredients
  • 1 cup(s) Millet
  • 1 cup(s) Water
  • 1 cup(s) Apple Cider
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 3 ounce(s) Apple or 1 whole, diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Dried Fruit like apricots, raisins etc.
  • 2 cup(s) Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup(s) Almonds Sliced
Instructions
  1. Heat medium saucepan over medium heat. Add millet and cook, stirring often, until it begins to toast and brown, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add water, cider and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 30 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Stir in sugar, apple and fruit. Let stand five minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  4. Divide among four serving bowls and top with almond milk and almonds.
