Ingredients
  • 6  ounce(s) Avocado or 1 whole
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper or other salt free seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425, Place cast iron pan in oven to heat .
  2. Half the Avocado, remove pit.
  3. Remove pan and place avocado halves in pan. Break one egg into each avocado halve. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Place in oven and cook 15-20 minutes or until your eggs are cooked to desired consistency.
