Ingredients
  • 12.5 ounce(s) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts raw
  • 3/4 cup Whole Grain Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped or 1 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pour breadcrumbs in one bowl and olive oil in a separate bowl. Lightly brush the olive oil onto the chicken reserving 1 teaspoon, then dip into breadcrumb mixture. Place on lined baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken.
  3. Use spritzer to to lightly spray the top of the breaded chicken with remaining olive oil, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, spoon sauce evenly over each piece of chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
