Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup(s) Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 8 ounce(s) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or 2 whole
Instructions
  1. Mix well, in a flat dish (or pie pan)
  2. Whisk in a flat dish (or pie pan)
  3. Dip each breast in Step 2, then coat with Step 1. For crispier chicken, dredge chicken through flour first. Press crumbs firmly into the chicken and lay in a baking dish coated with Cooking Spray. Salt and Pepper to taste
  4. Bake at 400F for 25-30min.
