Ingredients
  • 3 cup(s) Rolled Oats not instant
  • 3/8 cup(s) Raisins (2 oz)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Flax Seed Meal
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup(s) 1% Milk or dairy alternative.
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) Brown Sugar 2 ounces
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir well making sure the baking powder is blended.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat for 3-5 hours, checking every so often. It is done when the edges are brown and are beginning to crust, and the center is set. An inserted knife should come out clean.
  3. Let it cool in the crockpot for at least an hour before cutting.
