Ingredients
  • 12 ounce(s) Crabmeat Picked Free of Shells, canned crabmeat works well for this.
  • 1/3 cup(s) Crushed Gluten Free Crackers recommended: multi-grain glutino crackers
  • 3 ounce(s) Green Onion or 3 whole, green and white parts, finely chopped. substitution: fresh chives
  • 4 ounce(s) Green Bell Pepper finely chopped, substitution: a dash of crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 cup(s) Gluten Free Mayo
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Crushed, substitute: 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper
  •  2 tablespoon(s) Gluten Free Flour for dusting
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except flour. Shape into patties and dust with flour.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes in pan and fry until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes for each side. Makes approximately 6 patties.
