Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 5 ounce(s) Onion diced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 12 ounce(s) Butternut Squash peeled and cubed
  • 12 ounce(s) Carrot(s) peeled and sliced
  • 14 ounce(s) Potato peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Canned Green Chiles drained and rough chopped
  • 4 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar as needed
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Limes large, juiced, about 2 tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Brown ground turkey and drain.
  2. Add all other ingredients to slow cooker with the turkey and stir. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  3. 20 minutes before complete, add lime juice and cilantro to taste. Add sugar if need. Add additional broth if needed.
