  • 1 tablespoon Thai Spicy Peanut Sauce
  • 1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla(s) 8"
  • 2 ounces Extra Firm Tofu baked, sliced thinly
  • 2 ounce(s) Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 ounce(s) Snow Peas
Instructions
  1. Spread peanut sauce on the tortilla. Place tofu, peppers and snow peas in the center; fold the sides over the filling and roll up.
