  • 1pound Shrimpraw
  • 2ounce(s) Cilantroleaves, raw, chopped
  • 3 Garlic Clovesraw
  • 2teaspoon(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Limeslarge, juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil to the pan and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and add the garlic, continue cooking until shrimp are opaque throughout, about 1 minute. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Squeeze the lime juice over all the shrimp. Add the cilantro, toss well, and serve warm.
