  • 15 ounce(s) Canned Garbanzos (Chickpeas) canned, drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 3.5 ounce(s) Green Onion or 7 medium green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Maple Syrup
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded, chopped
  • 1.25 ounce(s) Red Onion 1/4 cup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Capers
  • 1/4 Nori 1/4 sheet
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Paprika
  • 1 Avocado sliced
Instructions
  1. In food processor, pulse chickpeas until roughly chopped in small chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine. Serve on rye bread, with a leaf of lettuce. Top with sliced avocado.
