Ingredients
  • 14 ounce(s) Salmon Canned Undrained and Flaked
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) Green Onion Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Fresh Chopped Dill Weed
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) Green Bell Pepper or 3 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Flour
  • 1 Eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Sweet Paprika
  •  1/8 teaspoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 slice(s) Whole Wheat Bread shredded
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients. Form into 8 patties; each about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook cakes/patties about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on a paper towel.
