Ingredients
  • 32 ounce(s) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or 2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt optional to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper optional to taste
  • 8 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 8-1/2 ounces Sun Dried Tomatoes in jar,with oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with spices. Spread tomatoes and oil from the jar on top of chicken and spices
  2. Seal baking dish with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes.
