Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter creamy, natural
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 24 ounce(s) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro optional
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients except chicken to smooth consistency.
  3. Place chicken in roasting dish, pour over sauce, roast for 30 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Chop cilantro.
  5. Plate chicken and sprinkle with cilantro.
