  • 1/2 cup(s) Water cold
  • 16 ounce(s) Baby Spinach fresh
  • 4 ounce(s) Romaine Lettuce or 4 large leaves
  • 10 ounce(s) Orange or 2 oranges, peeled
  • 2 ounce(s) Fresh Ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 8 ounce(s) Banana or 2 whole, peeled
  • 12 ounce(s) Cucumber or 1 whole, peeled and roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. Rinse and slice fruit and vegetables to the approximate same size for blender.
  2. Put fruit and vegetables into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy in a chilled tall glass.
